Private piano lessons — online or in person
Learn at a pace that fits you
For adults, children, and anyone coming back after a break. Clear steps and music you actually want to play.
Complete beginner? You are welcome. Played years ago and feel rusty? We can start from where you are.
How I teach
Lessons are always one-to-one. We set a pace that fits you — not a fixed course speed for everyone.
You get time to understand what you are doing and why it matters. When something feels difficult, we slow down and break it into smaller steps. Progress matters more than rushing.
Between lessons, you get a simple plan: what to practise, for how long, and what to listen for. That way practice at home feels doable, not overwhelming.
What we cover
Technique, understanding, and enjoyment — balanced so lessons stay motivating.
Posture, hand position, reading notes, and rhythm — practical skills that help you play without unnecessary tension.
We pick pieces together: classical, modern, songs you like — whatever matches your level and keeps you motivated.
After each lesson you leave with a clear weekly focus: what to repeat, how to practise it, and what “good enough for now” looks like.
Formats & scheduling
- Length: Usually 45–60 minutes, depending on age and level.
- Regular time: A fixed weekly slot helps you build habits and notice progress sooner.
- Where: Online or in person — we confirm what works when you get in touch.
Who it is for
- Complete beginners — no background needed.
- Returning players — restart without pressure.
- Children and adults — lessons adapted to age and attention span.
- Exam or audition prep — optional, if you want structured preparation.

What happens next
Send a short message: who the lessons are for, any past experience (or none), whether you prefer online or in person, and a few times that usually work for you.
I will reply with practical next steps, available slots, and what we would do in a first lesson so it feels clear before you commit.
Questions only? That is fine — ask anything.
Prefer email? Write anytime — we can arrange a trial lesson or a quick chat to see if we are a good fit.
